After the initial examination, we may discuss further diagnostic or therapeutic steps with you. In special or emergency cases, we may have to treat your pet as an inpatient in the clinic. After the diagnosis or therapy has been made, further follow-up treatment can be carried out by your family veterinarian. We will, of course, provide him/her with all findings and our recommendations to ensure an optimal recovery.

Are you unsure about a diagnosis or an upcoming procedure? We are also available for a second opinion. The best way to do this is to contact us via the contact form or give us a call.

For operations or for X-rays under sedation, your pet should be fasting. This means that the animal should not eat anything twelve hours before the appointment. Routine procedures are often performed on an outpatient basis, so you can usually take your pet home the same day.

We promise to do our best to make your pet's stay at our veterinary clinic as stress-free and pleasant as possible. There are veterinarians and other specialized staff in the veterinary clinic around the clock.
Information and visit:
  • Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. we will be happy to provide information by phone about the health of your pet that is on the ward.
  • On weekends as well as on holidays we work in emergency mode and concentrate on emergency cases and care of inpatients. As long as we do not call you, you can be sure that your pet is fine.
  • Please contact us on our main number:
    +41 61 515 66 66
We will keep you informed:
If the patient's condition is critical or if further clarifications or interventions need to be planned, we will contact you immediately
Reachability:
Please make sure you are reachable while your animal is receiving treatment from us. If you cannot be reached and an urgent clarification, treatment or even surgery becomes necessary, we will act in the sense of our ethical conviction and the animal. If you cannot be reached, please leave contact information for a trusted person.
Important information for us:
If your animal exhibits any special behaviors that may be relevant to us, please let us know so we can provide your animal with the least stressful stay possible.
Other:
We take special diets and food requests into consideration - as far as medically possible. You can also give your pet a personal item so that it can have something familiar with it during its stay.

Treatments must be paid for when leaving the clinic. You can pay cash or with major debit or credit cards.
Before treatments exceeding CHF 1500 are performed, we always make a cost estimate. Prior to these treatments, at least 50% must be paid upon signing.
Please note that we require a deposit of at least CHF 500 after the initial consultation and if further treatments would be necessary.
We would like to point out that we cannot offer partial payment options for persons residing abroad. Payment of all outstanding treatment costs must be made as a full direct payment before leaving the clinic.

Yes, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other pet owners.

Please note that appointment cancellations can only be made by phone. Please ensure that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
